| long eyelashes...should I cut? Ella is almost 11 months old, and I noticed today that her eyelashes have gotten a lot longer than they used to be when she was little. Do these continue to grow like the rest of their hair? Do they need to be cut down? They look very girlie and cute, but I don't want them to bother her. Any ideas??? |

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | oh they are, My Prada has really long eyelashes too, I asked my vet and he said as long as they don't go in her eyes they are fine, so I told my groomer not to touch them, she has the most beautiful LONG eyelashes... I just love them.. hugs, CArmen in nj |

| Yea they don't seem to bother her, and I cut her myself for those exact reasons. There's hair and parts that I never want cut that I'm afraid someone else would chop off. I'm very anal, and I figure I'll forgive myself for messing up before I'd forgive any stranger...and hair grows back... So the beautiful eyelashes are staying! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Yes, keep them - they protect the eye from particles too.
