| I am really sad Last night I moved into my house in Pittsburg (2 hours from home) cause school started today. This semester I am living in a house with a girl I went to high school with...we aren't Great friends just acquaintances....but I am really homesick!!! It is weird I am a junior this year and I don't know why i am so homesick....I miss my boyfriend and gracie misses my boyfriend and her buddy dozer....I caught Gracie looking for Dozer and snuggling up with one of my boyfriends sweatshirts. Last semester I did the same thing being away from home and Levi but it seems extra hard this year. And my classes are HARD!!! AHHH!!! its been a rough day...Thanks for listening to me complain

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | oh sweetie - at least you have her with you and I bet as school gets going - you'll settle in and have fun ...it's hard missing home but once you get going with your classes and busy with a social life your homesickness will ease up. Good luck to you - I wish I was in your shoes right now...Enjoy school while you're still there - this is the best time of your life ! |

| Awww, well a few years ago I know exactly how you felt. I still do because I'm away from home. I just finsihed school. Try to use your baby to take your mind off of things. Go find fun things to do in your city. Make some friends. Trust me that's the only way to heal. Here's a hug to you

| I am sending hugs your way- this is hard time of the year for lots of college students! Stick it out it will get better, and think about how smart you are going to get with your hard classes. Cuddle with your baby, study hard and stay safe....

| Get it out girl! It's okay to be homesick and it's surely okay to vent it. Everyone goes through phases like that. You are close to being finished with college and that in itself is an achievement. When you feel those feelings of melancholy coming over you, do something that makes you feel good. Do you have a hobby? Call friends or family, try out new make up, polish your toes, watch a movie, go to Starbucks with a friend, take a walk, scrapbook, listen to music. You'll feel great again soon. And best of all, you have your BABY with you. Your little one is the best kind of company a girl could ask for. Hang in there...you have lots of friends here at YT that care about you!

| Hi Heather! Sorry to hear you're homesick. I got that way when I was at PSU. I'm only about 1 hour (maybe a little over) away, maybe sometime you and Staci and I can get together. You'll get used to it in no time!

| Awww, as the semester gets started, you'll get into a routine and it will help the homesickness. But I'm sorry to hear you're feeling down - but don't stress over it b/c we ALL feel homesick from time to time. *HUGS!*
