| Santa scared her :) I just thought I would share Chloe's first Christmas experience. We started out decorating the tree and Chloe just did not understand what we were doing . She kept looking at us with a "why are you doing that?" look on her face. Then she would run to our other dog as if to say "you got to come see this!" My other dog of course could have cared less. The tree went up and she seemed to enjoy it. Then came the nutcrackers and SANTAS ( I love Santas so we have lots) Well I pulled out a little Santa that reads the Christmas Story and she barked and growled until I turned him off , apparently she is not fond of that story Then I took out our life size singing Santa ....Oh Lordy , she barked and hid and barked and barked , and barked Santa does not appear to be a favourite . Then a bit later she was walking around and seemed use to everything , she was even trying to attack the nutcrackers .Then she went past the big Santa and while walking up to sniff him ...she hit his button and he started HoHoHo-ing and singing LOUD ! She ran so fast you would have thought she was a greyhound !! She ran and slid under the sofa poked her head out and barked like I never heard her before Then she would run to me to Santa back to me barking the whole time. It was **highlariouuss** She now seems use to everything and seems to really like the tree, but she still is a bit leary when she walks past Santa.....She keeps looking back over her shoulder with that "I'm watchin'you" look. I guess we won't be taking her to get her picture done with him at the mall
