| scared and lonely pup Hi all, Humphrey and I went for a long walk today. We live in a very leafy neighbourhood in London, everyone drives and we usually bump into a pretty decent number of people during our walks, but never a lot of people at the same time. The other day, humphrey and i went for a walk on the high street, close to the tube station, which gets quite crowded. Humphrey did a poo poo right there in front of everyone, in the middle of the crowd, it was terribly embarrassing for me but i did not think much of it. Today, we went back to the high street to get some flowers for my thanksgiving dinner, and Humphrey did exactly the same thing, this time I noticed he started shaking, he was very scared. And now I am starting to think he is just scared of multitudes... He does fine in crowded parks and puppy classes though. Bottomline is I am feeling horribly guilty because my baby spends a lot of his time home alone watching tv (while we work). I am considering getting another baby to keep him company and I found out that the breeder I got my baby from has not been able to sell Humps' sister, but hubby has put his foot down already... I am afraid Im a horrible mommy, I dunno what to do |
