| food amount for 7lb'er??? my yorkie is almost 6 months old and weighs around 7-8lbs. the portion on the bag varies greatly on the different food i've had him on. i give him treats when he goes on his pee pad so that adds up. how much food should i feed him?? 1/2 cup a day?

| I still think I'd follow the recommendations on the bag. I would guess different brands of food vary in portion-size because they contain different ingredients and such. My vet always recommends 25% LESS than suggested recommendation though.
