| My dog doing some silly things When My Husband went to pick up Chachi and Jewels from the groomer Chachi was on the floor and he ran in his crate like he was trying to say "okay its time to go now". Then yesterday we were getting on our coats getting ready to leave and Chachi ran in his crate and started crying like he was saying "take me, take me". No one could tell me that these little guys dont have emotions

| Sounds like he really feels safe in his crate. And maybe he knows he is going BYE BYE in his crate. Talk about weird,Manolo runs in circles when he gets excited. And it seems he is spinning faster by the day......YIKES MY DOG NEEDS A SHRINK..... |

| Its funny because the only times we put him in his crate is when we are going to the groomer or the vet

| whenever I put a jacket on or my shoes, they both start racing for the door. Even when I just put a sweater on to in the house they think it's time to go. It breaks my heart when I do leave and they are both sitting there watching me close the door behind me. Talk about guilt!

| If I just pick up my shoes to move them to the closet, Bailey sticks to me like glue (more so than she usually does)...she loves to "GO GO" In the mornings, she sits right next to my DH work boots because she knows he's going somewhere.

| Yes the shoes are the kicker (no pun intended) for milo too! As soon as I start putting shoes on he gets so excited. Then if he hears the keys he is really ready to go. Yorkies have such human like personalities. I dont care what people say, they do have emotions. I remember once my boyfriend and I were arguing and I went to the laundry room to have a good cry and Milo runs there, scratches on the door, I let him in and he hops in my lap gives me lots of kissess, then runs out and goes to the bedroom and does the same thing to my boyfriend, then runs back to me again. Come on now, that is obvious emotion! Yorkies are sooooo great!

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Chachi is Ramsey's soul mate. She does those exact things. Mine all come to work everyday too....if daddy happens to stop by...he'll take them home with him. Last time he just came to pick up a truck...no doggies going anywhere...Ramsey sat at the door here the rest of the day...knowing her daddy was coming back to take her.

| here's a strange behavior It was bath and nail trim time on sunday, and they were crying and fussing about the nails as usual (even though I only cut the slightest amount each week so as to not cut to the quick). When one cried the other one seemed to want to rescue the one getting their nails trimmed by getting into the action and stop the cruel people from attacking the helpless yorkie. |

| Its almost as if they know what your thinking before you do! This is my first Yorkie, and I must say their intelligence level is remarkable! I can see where consistent routine and behavior (manners) training is a must. (my baby just turned a year old, we adopted him a month ago). He has been allowed to rule the house for the past month with a few base rules. We are now going to slowly incorporate more training with this little guy now that he is comfortable with us and very happy with his surroundings. He is a little smarty pants and full of life! This will be the challenge of my life as i adore him so, my husband as well, it will be very difficult to enforce the rules of the house. It is so hard not to let them get away with everything! He loves his crate at night (next to my side of the bed, with nightlight) but the couple times we had to leave during the day he sure gave us the puppy dog eyes look. It is so hard to leave him even for a short while. He is soooooo comical and has become our main source of entertainment...
