| Twinkle is growing up! Twinkle is almost 6months now and the scruffy puppy stage that she seems to have been in for ages looks to be almost over. I couldn't work out what kind of coat she had because it seemed to stick out all over the place and looked like I never comb her! But now her hair has parted down the middle and is growing beautifully straight and silky. The hair on her back is coming through vey pale silver - it looks almost white - and her head and legs are a pale goldy colour. I'm not sure if it will darken up or not but it looks very pretty colours at the moment. Also, am going to book her in to be spayed sometime over the next few weeks...can't believe how quick the time has gone! It seems like only yesterday she was a dinky little pup....I feel so proud that she's grown into my beautiful chunky teddy-bear - nowhere near standard but perfect in every way!

| Oh how sweet!!!! You need to post pictures of your perfect little girl!!! Would love to see them... Good for you getting her an appointment to be spayed....I know it's scary..but so much safer than leaving her intact.

| As soon as I get new batteries for my digital camera I'm gonna take and post some pics of Twinkle - I've been meaning to for ages! I know she wont be perfect to some - but she is to me! (we all think that about our babies dont we!?) Yes, I'm very nervous about getting Twinkle spayed but I've been reading how it can prevent cancers etc... so I'm confident I've made the best decision. xxx xxx

| Twinkle's adorable! I can't wait to see some more recent pic's. Mika is 7 1/2 months I think our babies have similar looks, 'cept Mika's ears are up (thanks to a little coaxing from me). I think generally alot of the UK yorkies have a similar look to each other and are alittle different from alot of US yorkies JMO. There seem to be fewer tinies over here and most of our babies are alittle more terrierishif that makes sense At least from the many, many, many yorkies there are near me! I never noticed them as much before I had Mika, now even the kids point out (and count) when they see yorkies out and about. We can see anything upto a dozen or more on a half hour trip to the park!My 2 yr old son shouts "LOOK! Its a Mika!!!"LOL!!!
