| Thinking of getting a second furbaby...any thoughts?? I have been seriously thinking about getting a second baby as a playmate for Bailey. She is so much smaller than most of our neighbors dogs that if she plays with them, I stand guard, afraid she's going to get hurt. So, I thought it would be good for her to have someone a little more her size, any thoughts?

| Take in consideration, that there is more animosity between the same gender. I know a lot of member here are going to disagree, but I do think size matters. If there is ever a fight, one should not be much bigger than the other. I know there are tons of eceptions, but, in't better to prevent, than cry latter? Good luck . By the way, I see a lot of malteses pairing with yorkies. It seems they get along well. Interesting enough, my trixie is being babbysat in a house with eight dogs. The only one she got atatched to is a male irish setter.

| That is just what I did Ivy is 5 and very shy, so I got Max a 8 month old puppy. He just loves her and Ivy has come out of her shell alittle. You could take her to shelter and see who she likes!!

Senior Yorkie Talker | I know what your feeling. Angelo and I have been waiting for over 6 years to add an addition to our family. And in 7 days, baby Bella will finally come home. For me it was finding the right baby & the right breeder. And I have been blessed twice with finding both.

| You will get as much enjoyment, if not more, from watching them play together as they will. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with two. My Hannah is getting ready to have her first litter, and I am seriously wondering if I will be able to find new loving homes for it/them. They are wonderful to have. |
