Well, at least I think so..

He has come soooo far in the three months we have had him. He has gone from a shy, scared, neglected little boy who didn't even know how to play, run or jump or even give kisses, to the sweetest, most loving, little boy anyone could ever hope for.. He's my Shy, Shy Sweet Guy.. that's what I call him, even though he isn't so shy anymore and my family just can't imagine life without him.

Such a sweet face! WAs he a rescue? It's always nice to see one 'come out of it's shell' and great to hear about a positive personality change! Precious!

he is very handsome! I love the second picutre. It looks like is hair is parted on the side. My son loves to comb Gus's hair to the side and call him Pierre

Ya know this is always a hard question for me.. The lady took care of her dogs and she had the cleanest kennels I have ever seen but.. he was kept in the kennel 24/7 in a garage away from the house with 12 or so other dogs, two per kennel. She took care of her dogs however they did not have human contact other than their food and water every day. I got him because she didn't like his color for breeding and I was looking for a small male. To me he was perfect.
I do think that Shyloh certainly believes that he was rescued from a life of kennel only. It is hard for me because this lady really did care for her dogs, we just see things a bit differently.. I like to have my Yorkies have the run of the house.

Yay for you Joy! He is certainly a handsome little guy and I'm so glad he is adjusting so well to life with you! It took Hallie almost a year to become the sweetite she is now. Give your shy boy lots of kisses from us!

I'm thinking Shiloh would love to meet Hallie and share their stories but I need to figure out a way to get him out without Ellie Mae and Destiny getting jealous...lol

Ah, he's a cute little guy! He's very lucky, too, to get out of the kennel! I'm so glad he has a nice family to love him.

What a difference you and your family have made on your "shy shy sweet guy". It looks as though seeing his happy face in your picture he is repaying you with all his Yorkie love.

Sir Shiloh is a cutie. How great he is being loved like a yorkie should, I think they know when you save them, Lucky my resuced chow-mix who will be 16 in Jan is the most loving and well behaved dog I have ever had and she loves my yorkies as much as I do. Thanks for sharing your story, I can hear how much you love the little guy.
