| Where can you find sweaters/coats for a 9 week old?? I am wondering where everyone bought their new babies their winter clothes at. Since Chloe is coming home, I just realized I have no warm items for her to put on!!! Everywhere I looked online says 2-4lbs...but she i only about 1lb! Then I was thinking maybe I could use some premature baby clothes???...Any help is appreciated!!! |

| There are alot of places online you can order from....just type in Dog clothes....go fetch seems to be a favorite here... I also shop alot of stores that carry dog clothes...Target is great.. Walmart even has XXS ....as small as she is...she'll probably swim in em for a little while! You might get more tailored clothes online tho. Good luck!!

Donating YT 10K Club Member | For a wee miss...you can make a sock out of a sock. Take a calf high sock...cut off the foot portion...roll under the top...like a turtle neck and cut two arm holes. Instant sweater! Walmart and Target both carry ex-extra smalls...those are really tiny and I can't imagine they would be too big. Mine all weighed between 2 and 3 pounds when I got them...they all wore extra small, but not XX small. Hth.

| I would check out Target's dollar section first. You're baby will grow fast. Do you know what her current measurements are? I think I have an XXS sweater some where lying around that may fit her by the time she comes home to you. Also, I can add this in the package with your purse if you like. | You could always try Petco, Petsmart, or Walmart (they should have xxs items for your furbaby to try on). For online stores, you can check PetEdge.com Wholesale prices on exclusive dog grooming and pet supplies or this YT link where it list featured YT stores http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/fea...ners-list.html.

| I would suggest trying the sweater sock or having one of our talented seamstresses here on YT custom-make you something. Riley was 1.4 lbs when we brought her home at 11.5 weeks, and everything was too big. Even PetSmart's XXS sweaters! I didn't know about the sweater socks then and wish now that I had. Jodie (SissyAngelWear) made Riley a custom nightie that fit her tiny, tiny size. It helped to keep her warm since that was a factor with her being so small. Here's a pic. And Des with GoFetch made a custom T0 harness for her as well. Here's a pic. Can't wait to see pictures of your little one!!! |
