| Small Eater? Hello All... My Punkin is a very picky eater...and when she does it..its very small bits... recently the vet gave me Heartgard for her in a chewable form. She doesnt like it. It was suggested to me to cut it up and put it in her food...now here is the tricky part...if she really does'nt eat much of her food... then why should I put the heartgard in there? If I do that the medicine might get wasted.. Does anyone know if this comes in liquid? And if not...any suggestions on how to get her to eat this? Thanks! Kim |

| Just wrap it up in a small piece of those Cheese slices you use for sandwiches or some Velveeta and she will gulp it down in one bite! Trust me, I have a picky one who is a light eater too and it works for him.

| ;-) Thanks for the suggestion!! I will try the cheese...she doesnt like chicken much.... but everything she eats I have to sprinkle with either grated cheddar cheese or put cottage cheese in it and even then she just picks! |

| I use cheese (I've never met a dog that didn't like cheese!!), but I've also seen "pill pockets" at Petsmart. They're treats with pockets in them that you can fit a pill into. They look like a good idea to me!!
