I was reading up on what I need to do and it all seems VERY easy. Register, book room, and come to the meetup... can't get any easier than that.... am I missing something??

So there isn't a limit or anything, like the rooms won't book up and be gone by Jan 1st or anything right?? Sounds like the rooms are HUGE... I think I will loose Alfie in the room alone.. hahahaha... We have a new Fur-baby coming home for Christmas too..(she doesnt' have a name yet other than Lil Girly

) and she will be able to come as well... sounds great!!

I think the rooms do sound big - bigger than we had at the first big meetup in Kansas City in June. But a lot of people will find a roommate. My roommate in KC was someone from my area that I knew well - but she won't be coming to VA. So, I know I will be looking for a new roomie this time around.

There were several people who roomed together in KC that had never met in person before, and they seemed to have a great time together. So, if you're afraid of having too much space, I'm sure you can find a roomie - maybe even me

Roomies sounds like fun.. maybe by then I will decide on partnering up... (that is if my DH decides not to go...) but that would crazy... it sounds like so much fun!!

Yep its pretty simple! We should definitely still have space available in January. I think alot of members are waiting til after New Years to make sure they can secure vacation days at work. I think we'll have a lot more signing up then, so don't wait too long!

Don't forget to start saving pennies for shopping. There will be several YT vendors there with lots of really neat stuff. Many of the vendors will have special sales --

I noticed the little mention of having vendors... etc. That is super great... Not only do we get goodie bags but one stop shopping as well.. that's great.

Any ideas on which vendors are already planning on having a section?

Louis is a VERY small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I am going to try and get Ella Bean's new boyrfriend, Sherman's parents to bring him as well. He is part Yorkie!
