It's only a little farther than your drive to KC!!!!! Okay, so its another 7 hours - you can do it! We'd love to see you and Jakub again. And you know you'll have to explain it again and again cause anyone who doesn't know how to pronounce it will never guess it is "sexy ecstasy"!!!!!!

shhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! we drove about 12 hours to Canada.. BUT there were 2 drivers.. I'd love to drive, but Kayah HAS to sit in my lap.. and I just won't do that on a highway

Yeah, I'm going to the Meet-Up also. Judy (Gingergirlsmom) was so gracious to let me hitch a ride with her and her hubby.

I can't wait to meet in person all the YT'ers that are coming.

I am going to send my deposit in soon. Anyone interested in sharing a room with me ?

A very intelligent member suggested that we may need a place for members to find traveling buddies and/or roommates. So I created a social group here: 2009 Meetup- Carpools/Roommates

Wow! You are close. All you have to do to register is paypal your registration fees to meetup@yorkietalk.com.

Hey ya'll! Just wanted to check in on the thread and encourage everyone to think about registering for the meetup soon. Don't forget that the registration fee goes up for the first time on January 1. Since I know that after Thanksgiving everyone is busy buying Christmas presents, now is the perfect time to register and get the LOWEST registration fee. There are still a couple of registration slots left to get the 5 BONUS raffle tickets and of course access to the super secret 2009 Meetup Forum.

I'm so excited about meeting the members who have already registered. We are going to have TONS of fun! Besides all the YT fun, don't forget that Washington D.C. is so close and a Yorkiesitting Exchange is in the works so that members can see ALL the sights.

Shopping in Alexandria is incredible, so I attached a link to a fabulous pet boutique that we found!

I just noticed this sticky and I can't believe I have missed this... Alfie and I would love to go to the meetup....

We are so new to YT we don't really know anyone much, but this would be so much fun... it would only take about 8 hours or so non-stop to drive too...
