| Rehoming Junie B.... Some of you may know that I have been struggling with if I should rehome her or not.... I decided to wait a little longer and see if things got any better. Well...Junie B went to her new home on wednesday. She is with friends of mine. They have 1 other yorkie and no children. I have talked to them 3 times since then and she is doing great so far. I have been sad, but also relieved. I think that I made the right decision. 4 dogs (2 of which are puppies) and my 4 yr old daughter was just too much stress! She is getting MUCH more attention now that she is in a smaller family and I am able to devote more of my time to training with my other puppy Captain Jack. I just wanted to update everyone and thank you all who pm'd me with your support. Thanks again, Jessica

| I know the decision must have been heart wrenching, but true love for our furkids means doing what is best for them..... sometimes that means allowing them to go to a different home. |

| I know how you feel. I had to rehome an african grey bird that I had for 10 years. It was so hard. She is doing great in her new home that has other birds. The lady I gave her to used to be a vet tech so I know she will get the care she deserves. I felt sooo guilty but I knew it had to be done for her sake as I did not have the time to devote to her and she needed a household that had more activity. Birds are flock animals and thrive on noise and activity. |
