| Baby Teeth Ben is currently about 4 1/2 months old and he is starting to lose his baby teeth! He has lost 3 of his little ones on the bottom already, he looks so cute But I was wondering, what is the best teething toy for him to chew on, something other than my shoes that is!. Also is there a special treat or something I could give for if he is pain or anything?

| I think the rope or soft toys worked the best for Gracie Ruth. She was able to work the tooth loose on them. She did have a day or two that she seemed really sore. She'd walk around the house carrying her yellow ducky in her mouth making the most pitiful whining noise. It just broke my heart. I found some toys at Petsmart specifically for their teething that could be put in the fridge so that they'd have something cold to chew on. I also put a damp washcloth in the fridge to make it cold and gave that to her. The cold seemed to help her some. Fortunately each episode didn't last but a day or two. Oh and I also took a hammer and cracked her kibble so that it was easier for her to eat. She eats her kibble dry sooooo well I was really not wanting to start her on can or wetted down kibble. Since cracking it worked well for her I didn't have to worry about it. Gracie Ruth and Ducky still happily running and play together.
