| Breeding Yorkies Why will a grown female yorkie not breed? She is over 3 yrs old. Has anyone else had this problem? |

| Maybe you are right! I have read so many stories of how people can't keep their dogs apart, and I can't get mine together ! He tries like crazy but she snaps at him and won't have any part of it. I will probably just get her spaded. |

| Have you tried a different stud? I hear sometimes that makes a difference although if she's difficult, it's probably best to spay her like you said. |

| I just bought this male recently. He is 2 yrs old and has sired several litters. But she doesn't like him or any other male for that matter.

| AWWW I would just get her fixed and let her live a happy doggy life. I would be scared to breed a 4 lb girl. haha she's not giving her goodies up! |

| A 4 lb dog should never be breed especially if she's tiny boned like she looks in your avatar. It is perfectly safe to have her spayed at 4 lbs as long as you are using a vet that is familiar with small breed dogs and uses safe anesthesia etc. |
