| New owner of 10 week old boy w/ ?? Two questions...When the weather becomes inclement, how do you take them outside to go potty in the pouring rain? Also...Can you just wait to have the groomer brush their teeth if you take him once a month? thanks Kel |

| Hi! Congrats on your new little guy! Have you thought about training on potty pads? My little boy is 6 months old now, but when I first got him at 10 weeks, I was adamant about going potty outside. That is, until we got our first big thunderstorm! I didn't want to confuse him about going to the door to go outside, so I put a pad by the door. When it's raining outside, I just have him go on that. At first I would even put his leash on him so it would replicate exactly what we did when it was potty time. He caught on fairly quickly, and now neither of us have to get soaked outside! |
