Donating YT 11K Club Member | Who shops with their side kicks? Does anyone take their little furballs shopping with you, as in clothes shopping? I took Sophie with me to the mall yesterday and went store to store with her in my bag and i was surprised at how good she was. Nobody even realized i had a dog until they saw her little head pop out and they complimented how quiet and still she was. She would wait for me patiently while i tried on clothes, we even went to the dog store to get her a dress, maybe that's why she was so good and yes she ate and used the bathroom before we went inside and the bag i had wasn't even a dog carrier, it was a $5 bag i bought at a fair around here. It's too cute...but anyway who here has a patient little furbutt that likes going shopping with you? Any stories??

| I'm too scared to take Lilly shopping with me. Anytime she goes with me somewhere, all the attention has to be on her so yeah, just sounds like a disaster waiting to happen . She gets soooo excited!

| I take Gracie everywhere, including clothes shopping. She rides so quietly in her carrier no one has ever even guessed I have her with me. We've spent hours at the mall, trying on clothes, etc. and she's good as gold. I think she just loves being with me |

| I've tried to go shopping w/ my Chewy a few times, but I've gotten yelled at! I was so sad! Now I'm scared to take her anywhere and get yelled at again. Think once was a Target (in all fairness it was one of the ones that sold food...), and another time was at a Wallgreens. |

| I SERIOUSLY take Izzy everywhere! She is a good lil girl for mommy. Today I took her to the bank and the woman gave her a treatie. I didn't even know the bank had dog treats. She ate it right up. I have yet to take her to the mall. Can u take dogs to the mall? Leaving Izzy at home is like leaving without my keys! p.s. i am sorry iluvchewy that you got yelled at. Take your baby to a petstore! They are always welcomed there! And Izzy, says at our house too!

| I love to take Bella with me (to the mall) She's my official shopping buddy, quiet, calm, people have to do doubletakes just to notice her! Rocky on the other hand, climbs out of the carrier, has to meet everyone who looks his way, and is just too hyper that I can't get any shopping done. So when I go shopping Rocky will stay at home with my fiance and they'll hang out, and Bella comes with me. Shopping is more of a girl thing anyways, so it's some good mother-daughter bonding time for me and her. If were going to Petsmart or somewhere that I can walk both of them on the leash, I totally don't mind taking both of them.

| I've taken Sam and Annie on several occasions. I have seen only one store (a little boutique) that had a no dog sign. My babies are too big for a bag now, so I just carry them in my arms. That's quite a load!

| I thought about this thread yesterday. I'm down here in southern KY at my mom's house and we went grocery shopping and to a few other stores and she wanted me to take Lilly . I'm a chicken and couldn't bring myself to do it. Although, she said that she brought Bitsy (my grandmother's dog) to the grocery before and all everyone kept saying was "aw, she's cute!" It was hard for me to believe & still is.
