| The teething and losing teeth at that age is normal. You can give him a cold wet washcloth to chew on if its bothering him

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Are you planning on neutering him? This is a good time to do it, many vets pull the remaining teeth at this time as well, because Yorkies seldom lose all their teeth on their own. If left to their own devises they grow a double roll of teeth where food will build up between the rows and cause dental problems. If neutered about this time he is less likely to ever mark in the house, if you wait too long he might mark even though he's neutered.

| Scooter is 5 1/2 months and he lost a tooth today! It came out when I was brushing his teeth, scared the poop out of me! Isn't he way too young? I was so surprised because I've seen so many pictures of double rows of teeth, I never expected one to just come out so easily! When are they supposed to start losing baby teeth?

| Aw, this makes me miss finding little baby teefers all around my apartment and seeing Lilly play with them. Good times! Save some of them too, I did!
