| Swollen Nipples & Sleeples Night...Normal??? Hello, I am fairly new to YT,and this is my first post. I am noticed earlier this evening that my Baby had swollen nipples. She just went into her first heat, and it ended about two weeks ago. I did some research online, and this seems to be fairly common. However she has kept me up all darn night. She will lay down walk around my bedroom,go outside, come back in, and has repeated this at least ten times. I did come across some info on false pregnancies, so I am wondering if that is possible or if this is normal behavior. Also on our walk to the park today some kids asked to pet her. Normally she is overly excited at the sight of children, but today she was very timid. When the little girl put her hand out to pet her she jumped back, and gave me the Mommy I'm scared look. This has NEVER happened before, and although she warmed up to them somewhat she never acted as she normally would. I do plan on taking her to the vet ASAP, but I would appreciate any info. I am just wondering if anyone has experienced this before, or if I should be concerned. Thank You, lil miss Baby's Mommy |

| I've always had my females spayed before they came into their first heat so I've not personal experience that I can share. However, I have been around females in heat and understand that they can feel much the same way as we do. Cranky, bloated, icky, uncomfortable. So that could be what's going on. It's probably a good thing to get her checked out, that way you'll know for sure the next time. Poor baby.
