HELP Please read. Hello, First I would like to thank you for reading this E-Mail. I am desperately searching for a small young adult yorkie for a friend who recently lost her precious little yorkie to old age complications. She is a single lady who has a limited income so she can not afford the average cost to purchase one. She actually found her little 5 pound yorkie lying at her front door just a few days after Dutches her 14 year old cocker spanial had passed away. She was covered in blood on her hind end from internal hemoraging and her front teeth had been kicked out as well. She rushed her to her vet and they were able to save her. No one ever claimed her. So she became her new best friend and companion. I have always said that somehow she was guided to her front door from up above. Someone knew just how badly they both needed each other. Now once again she is without a dog in her life and she is a mess. I have tried to help find her another dog but her heart now belongs to the Yorkie. And she can't see herself with any other breed. I can assure you that there is no better or loving home for a dog. Before we became friends I was just her dog groomer. And even though she kept her dogs well brushed she believes they should be groomed every month. And always get any routine or needed vet care. This can be confirmed if needed. I have offered to help her to purchase a new pup or pay the adoption fee for her but she will not hear of that. (However that offer still stands from me. What she does not know won't hurt her) She is such a wonderful and giving person always doing for others but will take nothing in return. Ideally a small female that is spayed possibly a retired brood female not over 5 years old. Papers are not necessary As she will be spayed if she is not already. If anyone has or knows of someone who may have one available can you please contact me. Thanks again for your time and reading this note threw. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am located in Harpers Ferry, WV And can travel within a reasonable distance for pick up.

Inquire about dog rescue places. Also find out who and where the dog warden operates in her area and see if there is a yorkie in the dog pound. Sanctuaries usually spey/neuter dogs before rehoming (they do in the UK). Also they just require a donation towards costs. I paid £150 for conor from the sanctuary.

I have sent you a private message about a yorkie, that my husband's cousin was trying to find a new home for. I know he is still available.
