| One more teacup yorkie story!! http://www1.wsvn.com/features/articl...wrong/MIA5217/ I cannot believe the lady is mad because the dog would be bigger than 3lbs.I just wish they would clarify even more things about teacup...but at least they contacted Betty Gansky from YTCA. Hopefully people that saw it learned a little more and will do their research before buying a yorkie!

| Poor Diamond. At least her mom loves her anyways. The breeder told us Brody would probably be 4 lbs. but he is bigger than that and I am so glad because I know he is healthy. A healthy puppy is more important than a tiny puppy - hopefully people realize that.

| Peoples are really Pea Brains with their teacup Yorkies , Teacup Poms or Teacup whatever . If they want teacups , they just have to go to the porcelain store and buy it . |

| Gee whiz! But you know, the truth came out on top! I am glad that they got a spot on the news to say THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TEACUPS! And that any breeder who advertises them is money hungry! How 'bout that!!!!

| How can she say she loves her "baby" and say the dog was a dissappointment at the same time? My other furkid was promised to weigh no more than 20 pounds and she grew into 50 before she was done, and while I hadn't antipicated that lol..... I certainly could never say I was let down that she grew into what she was meant to. Poor Diamond for not living up to silly expectations, those extra 3 or 4 pounds she grew into must be a terrible nuissance for taking up extra space. Jeni |

| Ok Mac was suppose to weigh between 5 and 6 Lbs and is only 2 1/2 I was cheated out of pounds and I want them back. It really is ashame that people are buying tiny dogs becuase it is more of a status symbol than wanting a pet as a member of their family to love.

| I think when people pay the $ for a smaller dog and it gets bigger than what the breeder said it would they are disapointed in the fact that they may have paid a lot of money for what they were told about a puppy not get over a certain size. I would like to believe they have grown attached to the dog itself and loves it no matter what. A size of a dog is not promised it would be like the Dr. telling your child is going to have small feet and 1 year later your child is wearing a size 15 shoe. I just wish breeders would not tell people puppies will stay small as adults if they have no way of telling.

| I just read the clip and I am really embarssed for her! Oh could she call the news station and complain about something soooooooo ridiculous! These little (or big) guys are living creatures! Would she have done the same thing if she adopted a baby and later in life had brown hair instead of blond... I thought you were suppose to have unconditional love for your baby (human or dog or cat, etc.) and that the wish was "as long as they are healthy, that's ALL THAT MATTERS!" I guess there are truely all sorts of characters out there. I feel sorry for Diamond, and I pray she has a very Happy and HEALTHY life! |

She didin;t want a dog over 3lbs? This is Crazy (with capital C) I didn;t see it yesterday only read today. I personally think she should have researched into the breed and so called "teacups" before going on tv and look dumb (yes, since there is no such a thing) I feel sorry that she didn't buy her yorkie from a serious breeder that would have explained that to begin with...i just hope lil diamond is healthy and loved anyways. As per her being disapointed, i think she means with the breeder and not with the dog itself. Mojo was not suposed to be over 6lbs since no other dog and any generation was the big...but i was in no moment dissapointed with him, thank god the breeder is very honest and from the begining she told me he would be bigger, we just didn;t expect so big (which is still very small to me) And who knows...maybe Diamonds moma will join YT sometime in the future
