I wanted to let you all know that there is a "breeder" in fl julie soutullo or mendez of yorkilious/dixiepups/poochie koochie she is "bait and switching" photos of dogs. I thought I was buying a yorkie from a photo. I recieved a mixed breed dog - i didn't "sign off" on it but she does have my money. After researching her - I have found a website stopdixiepups.com fighting against her. Also, several judgements against her, a report on the news and I found that her akc has been revoked for ten years! The lesson - do the research first. If any of you know of this woman please let me know

I am so sorry to hear this happened to you.
maybe you could copy this info from the site you found it and tell her you have all you need to tke her to court too,and she might give you your money back.

Welcome to the club.I did not think they were still selling puppies, but much to my surprise they once again came on the news about three weeks ago

The information to take this breeder to court will be one of many, she wont return the money.

Don't worry about it hunny. Sounds like you got a great case against her! And, remember your not the only one. I am sure there a plenty more.

Welcome to YT! I am so sorry that you found us under there circumstances. What a hard lesson to have to learn from

So what happened with the puppy you received from her? Do you still have him and what do you think he is mixed with?

Sadly, I couldn't sign the airport paperwork to take home the puppy. The paper states that the merchandise is accurate and not damaged. Dogs are the same as a peice of furniture when shipped. I called animal control (because the puppy was so young he did not yet have teeth) and I called the police but they choose to send back the dog anyway. I just hope the puppy survived. There was no food and all I had was nutra-cal. I gave that to him.

Oh how sad! I can't believe that they did nothing for you or the puppy. What a nightmare that you have been through.

There are many breeders here that have excellent reputations. You should check out the breeders forum when you are ready to try again.

You need to report her to the revenue dept and the states attorney general. looks like they already shut her down once. its just a matter of time before she goes to jail!

FL- I have to warn you. She has just registeres her NEW company name as YORKALIOUS - I believe the 2nd week in july - thanks for the news report. Why can't they arrest for fraud, if nothing else????

seriously it is on a much bigger level now. if you have given this woman money you need to file a complaint with the florida state attorney general office. you can do it online... its free!!

they may help you resolve this issue.

also since the dept of revenue which i am sure is fed and not state level is involved it wont be hard to build a case against her!

How did you pay her? Was it paypal or a wire transfer or someting else?

Please know, I am not sitting on this situation at all. Frankly, I have been on the internet and the phone for the last two days. I would rather not discuss (yet) exactly who and what is involved. I just can't believe all of the information that is out there about her - yet, I didn't look for it or see it and she is still dealing in live animals- miami!! what are you thinking
