| I can relate. We bought our first Yorkie from Julie Soutullo in December '07 and had to put her down in March due to a liver shunt-she started having seizures and we could never get her well enough for surgery. Julie promised to replace her-promised to refund out money-etc and to date has never followed thru. This was our first puppy and we did not do our research so needless to say once we started looking into "Poochie Koochie" we realized what what we were dealing with. She has been shut down and has so many unpaid judgements against her it is unbeleivable. I still don't know how she is still in business. My neighbor also bought one from her the same time we did and she just had liver shunt surgery on her baby and is taking Julie to court--so yes BEWARE!!! |

| I am so sorry! We got scammed too right before we bought Bella-the good thing is that it was by a breeder close enough that I went back to them and demanded my money back. I am so sad for you! I hope they put her in jail very soon! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| The worst part is, there's a whole other thread about her on YT: Julie Soutullo thread I'm sorry you've had this experience. Please be sure, though, to tell your friends to check out the breeder reviews on here before they buy a Yorkie. I hope they shut this woman down for good very soon! |

| YT 1000 Club Member | I can say that I got extremely lucky, I did purchase my Max from her, I got her number from the paper and spoke to her a few times, of course, that was before I new about YT, and I did not ask the right questions, I knew I did not want to buy from a Pet Store. She told me that she had a litter from one of her females, she had about 5 or 6 (adults) , not for sale, at least not advertising, at this point I believe anything. She had 2 male puppies, we got Max, and we've had not health problems with him.All our dogs, prior to Max had been rescues, so I had no experience on papers and registration, when we received the papers, was just a copy from an online website(CAC), for me to fill out and send back, with money, of course, and some other paper saying that the breeder was from Argentina Since I did not want to mate him, I did not pay much attention to it, but did feel like I had been taken for a ride.
