| HELP - I lost my yorkie On August 22nd she got out. I had about 10 people out looking for her but found out from witnesses later that she crossed the street and was picked up by a Spanish couple in the parking lot of Rooms to go. I have posted flyers, have her listed in several internet ads and the local paper in St. Petersburg and still nothing. I have visited the Pinellas County Animal Services and was to the Humane Society. Still nothing. I'm in Clearwater, Florida. Anyone have any more suggestions for me. I am heartsick and devastated about losing my little girl. She is 2 years old and weighs 4 lbs |

| Sweetie I am so sorry that you lost your baby. But if she were picked up by someone the chances of getting her back are very slim unless she was microchipped. In that case some time down the road she might e scanned and you will be contacted. |

| Check all the adds in the local papers also as they might just sell her to make a quick buck. Is there a hispanic area where you are. Post pictures there too. My heart is breaking. Not much came be worse than not knowing where your baby is.

| Someone else here had this really, really great idea- post to craigslist and the local papers "wanting" a female, adult yorkie, under five pounds. Say you will pay up to whatever, maybe they will contact you looking to sell her? My heart breaks for you, I hope she finds you quickly.

| This is what I was thinking tyoo. Go back to where she was picked up. Talk to the business there. Maybe the couple who picked her up shopped there and one of the businesses might remember them or have their name

| I am very sorry about this. I was going to suggest Craigslist too, and placing an ad in the paper. Yorkie's are an expensive breed, and often times people will resale them. I liked the idea to place an ad, stating you will pay top dollar for a yorkie. describe yours, and see if you get a hit.
