I have a big girl myself Jessie is 9 months old and weighs 8lbīs,but theres just more of her to cuddle lol. My oldest yorkie Lady (14months old) weighs in at 2lbīs,so after having such a tiny baby,I actually preffer the bigger babies now.Lady is wonderful, but she needs so much more attention. She cant get up onto the couch, she cant get down,we have to make sure that she eats,we have to be VERY careful when my kids run around the house etc...so to me the bigger babies are just so much eaiser..lol.Your baby doesnt seem big

When we brought Bo home (he was probably too young as I have learned on this forum, but wasn't purchased from a breeder and the people were tired of the puppies) at 6 weeks he weighed 2.4 pounds. I was SCARED TO DEATH that we would step on him or close the door on him. He's still little but has gained and is now 4.6 pounds at 13 weeks so he will probably be around 8 pounds. That is fine with me. When he was so tiny I felt like all I did was police everyone to watch out for him. We still have to but I think he feels so much sturdier now.

Teasha sounds so cuddly!! I have Gypsy Rose who is 10lbs (put on weight after being spayed but she and I are walking lots right now !!) she doesn't look fat though but I know that she was 8lbs before and this would be a better weight for her. Gizzie Chavi - her baby "sis" I chose as I didn't want a bigger one than Gypsy Rose as we travel a lot etc but I never expected my baby so small and I do hope she grows...!! Love them both to bits but like Chelsea (earlier post) we have "Little and Large" here!! Gizzie , howeveer does not consider herself delicate in any way - wish she would as she frightens the life out of me and she is nowhere near as small as Lady!! I think Gizzie thinks her name is "CAREFUL!!" LOL
