Oh! One more!! If we scratch under the covers on the bed (like making a mouse-y sound), she perks up, cocks her head and then POUNCES and digs, digs, digs. I guess she'd be a true ratter if given the opportunity.

Bella will do this too. except she takes one kibble at a time, runs to her bed and eat it there. Then she runs back to the bowl to get another. She'll repeat this until she's full or she's just plain tired. She then takes a short nap because she is exhausted. Also, sometimes when she pees she completely lays down on her belly to go (that is when she isn't hiking her leg) LOL

Oh, I almost forgot, when Feebee is excited over anything she just spins and spins then just looks at us as if to say "did you see what I did". When Bella barks she doesn't just bark, she puts her whole little body into it and does a little jump each and every time. The best is when my husband comes home and Missy must MUST lick his eyelids. She cries for him to pick her up and she licks away.

This isn't the norm but it was too funny. Pepper has started marking. He only does it outside. One day last week it was raining really hard, so I let him out on the front porch with me. My porch is the length of my house and one end I have junk piled up. There is a huge ice chest sitting out there about 8 inches from the edge of porch. Well Mr. Macho man went walking down that 8 inch walkway to mark on the porch post. Well, since this marking is all fairly new, young Pepper hiked his leg up way too high and over he went right into a puddle. The porch is no higher than a step so he wasn't hurt but he sure had one heck of a surprised look on his face. Especially since his momma couldn't stop laughing.

Jeter will be fine to take a nap during the day without wanting me by him but when it's night time, he will sit by feet and look up and whine till I go lay down with him

Jeter will inspect the food dish and step forward then back a way from it sniffing a few times before he eats. It looks like he is doing a dance or something.

Jeter hates wet grass, it's so funny seeing him in the morning in the dewy grass, he hikes his legs up when he walks to his peeing spot.

When I have to correct one of my boy's or one of the girls I baby sit for, Jeter has to go up to them and give them a growl or bark to put in his 2 cents too.

When Jeter is playing with Axl or Yumi Yasha he will side kick them with his back leg.

Jeter will hide his favorite toy on us. He was doing this before we got the new puppies added to our family. It's like he loves to play with the toy, he just don't want you touching it if he isn't playing with it at the moment. I have no clue what is up with that other than he just don't share to well

I have not had Axl and Yumi Yasha for long, they are just 13 1/2 weeks old. But I am quite sure they too will have a few goofy things that they do too

well i think we can all tell our yorkie have a LOT of similar traits. My we need to call Ceasar to find out WHY they do these funny things!

My oldest boy Radar always uses his left hind leg like a lever to poop. It's like using an old water pump to make the poo come out. Hilarious!!! Love this thread.

Ivy loves to watch dogs on TV I have to play the movie Firedog for her

She will sit for the whole movie, but after a while I have to turn it off,she will try to jump into the TV to get to the dog

When I come home, of course, Tristan is very excited. But, he MUST run through my legs and back through before he's satisfied.
He likes to sit his butt on our feet. He just sits there and stares at us while sitting.
He must have a treat after getting brushed because it's such a horrible experience for him.

Maggies Silly things - She does the but thing with all of them. She also does what I call the double whammy. She stricks at whoever she is playing with like a polar bear and when they retaliate she gets them with her butt. Also when I give her a treat she takes it somewhere she can hide it but if she can't find a place she will walk around with it in her mouth until she finds the perfect spit. She will sit under a tree in our back yard for hours looking for the squirrel. I have to tell her to leave the squirrel alone to get her inside.

Dante's silly things - He will grab any toy and parade in front of the others with it just to get them to chase him. But if Leo does it to him he whines. On the weekends when we get up I tell Dante to fix his hair and he takes both front paws and pushes his hair forward from his ears.
If He does something wrong and I give him the silent treatment he will keep coming by me until I finally look at him and he rushes over to give me kisses to say he's sorry.

Leo's Silly things - Is seeing how far he can stick his tongue in Hubby's ears or up his nose.

Friday's silly things - She will pick up anything off the ground and when I ask her whatcha got she takes off running and then drops it and walks away.
When she plays with another dog she does what I call her bear attack. She will charge at the other dog and right before she gets to the dog she gets up on her hind legs and puts her front paws in the air and growl.

And all 4 of them do the dry off dance. no matter how dry they are they will still do this.

Oh another really cute thing that Biscuit does...I bought him some chewies which are the size of regular donuts. They are rawhide . He has three of them, I will walk into the bedroom and there are all three donuts stacked on top of each other! He does this all of the time and it is so cute!

This is a fun thread!

Gabby does the digging, walking in circles thing to go to sleep.

When she was younger, when she'd go to eat she would stand on her front legs with her butt in the air.

She loves to sit on my shoulders or the back of my chair. Sometimes it's so she can 'eat' my hair. I've tried different shampoos, don't use hair spray or anything. So not sure why. One day she was chewing it. Biting, biting. Next thing I know, she nipped my neck! So she's using her teeth.

Shadow is a thief. Steals everything and runs like crazy. He won't drop it either. If you get close, he runs in the other direction. Looks really funny when one of the kids tries to get their toy back.

Shadow likes to sleep next to my head in bed. I've been woken up more than once with a tongue going up my nose!
