I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Washable pee pads, washable wash cloths, paper towels moistened with water and microwave slightly instead of wipes. Do your own grooming, and buy Bully Sticks in bulk on E-bay. Take care of those teeth because this could end up costing lots of money down the road. Don't forget many Yorkietalk Vendors give special discounts to other YorkieTalk members. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...ore-sites.html

| I buy disposable pee pads at Walmart-the cheapest I've found, about $12 for 50. You can get them cheaper if you buy in bulk online. Don't use Kong Stuffin-put a little peanut butter, easy cheese, cottage cheese, or bits of banana into your kongs and freeze them to make them last longer. When my dogs were teething, they both preferred an old sock with some ice cubes in the toe and then knotted above that over any of their chew toys. Buy larger sizes of shampoo and conditioner to save money, and invest in a good brush. You'll go through several cheaper brushes before a good one wears out. Sometimes they prefer toys that aren't really toys at all-an old sock, an empty plastic 20 oz. bottle, a toilet paper tube, or a balled up newspaper all can be very entertaining for our yorkies! Just make sure to supervise them while they are playing with any of these things.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | That was microwaved paper towel idea was stedmansmommy's; I thought that was good one too. The Maden Company makes a great pin brush, and many show breeders like it better than the CC pin brush, at about 1/2 the price. I bought one and I love love, the pins are very gentle, not like the kind sold in pet stores.
