| Best companion for a yorkie If you were to get another dog, as a companion, not just for you, but also, for your yorkie to play with, what breed would you get? Even if you wouldn't get another one. Which breed do you think is best for a yorkie companion, Please dont mention yourself |

| Personal preference and if I could I'd get a Bichon Frise or Maltese. I couldn't have anything besides a Yorkie though, they're the only animal that doesn't bother my allergies.

| We added a Morkie and just love his personality. He's a little yorkie and a little maltese all wrapped up into the cutest little package.

| I was thinking morkie to or a maltese, but so far, I haven't see a grown morkie. I need to see one grown before making any decisions. |

| I, personally, don't want a Morkie. My grandmother has one and she's not too much younger than Lilly is. She's still way hyper and her coat is a mess to keep up with. My grandmother brushes her every night and it still winds up matting and always just looks so dirty when it's not. She IS a sweetheart though! I also love long haired chihuahuas, I think they're so pretty!

| I have an aussiepoo (mini aussie shep/poodle) and he was the EASIEST pup to train!! And he has helped a lot in training teddy! I fell for him when i first met him because he looked like a yorkie.. in the summer i have him trimmed and he looks like a schnauzer.. i love my babies and they love each other.. its so cute how henry sticks close to the house when they are both outside, but if its just him he goes running to the neighbors to see his friends lol |

I can't wait till he grows up to see what he will look like since the older he get the more white he becomes. Since he's a rescue I have no idea what the dad looks like but his mom was maltese.

| We just got a Morkie for a playmate for our little Yorkie Tiki. Meika is amazing and is about 90 % potty trained at only 9 weeks..... now if she'll just teach Tiki. The two girls get along so well I am thrilled, and think it will only get better.

| The size did not matter much before, but now that I know, trixie wont be more than 3.5 pounds, it does. Reason why, if they fight or play rough noone will gets hurt. |

| We have 2 other dogs besides Mika-a staff(UK) and an Old English Sheepdog. I purposely sought out a larger pup (she was 3lb at 8 weeks!) and theres never been an issue of her getting injured even when she was tiny. Mika see's my staff Nikki as a mother figure and Owen(OESD) as her best pal/BIG brother! They are super gentle with her. There are many other YTer's with larger playmates for their yorkies if you fancied something a little more substancial. Although if I were to get another I'd probably get another Yorkie or a Biewer(there are a few in GB!) They are quite addictive
