| For your little Houdini Well when I got home Miss Maya was at the door toe greet me (climbed the gate again, even though I had wrapped a towel around the gate so that she couldn't get a foothold Ha!!!!) Anyway, I went to Babies are Us and bought a new gate that is made of smooth plastic. It looks somewhat like a shower door. NO PLACE TO GET A FOOT HOLD. It was just 16.00 and it is called Clear Choice Gate. So all you folks with those little climbers take heed. Maya is so mad!

| They sure can find a way to accomplish what they want, can't they! We had been keeping Camden in a regular playpen that had worked fine for Wrigley. It had a mesh netting on the top that we secured under the legs. Well Miss determined somehow jumped up onto the railing and scaled down between the playpen and netting and worked her way out! It's amazing how they can be! Glad you found something new to work for you!

| Aww... I remember those days I even had to go as far as create a "top" for the playpen that my Meka was in... Because she wasnt just climbling the baby gate, she could actually jump it! I didnt think it was possible...but when she began jumping up on our bed's and couch... then I began to see that these little guys can really be a "flight risk"

It doesn't give the measurements that I could find. The other link posted with the higher price says it is 32 inches.

| How much do the regular normal baby gates run? I need another, the one I have right now I am borrowing from a family member and need to buy my own, I just keep forgetting when I'm out to see how much they are.

| Nevermind, I see now that you posted which one you got and I like it better than the standard with the holes in it (Lilly likes to stick her nose in the holes whenever we're sitting in the kitchen eating dinner and whine )
