| Yes, I agree. They say he is a "ROOKIE" cop. I think he loves to be in "control".

| That is so sad. I understand the police officer stopping them but he could have offered an escort and ticketed them later. |

| I already posted this on the other post from a few days ago but... Long story short, there were two police officers involved. I agree that the first officer was totally wrong but the second officer, who arrived well after this started, did try to save the dog. Check out the other post, lots of people have posted about it.

| It is just a dog, is a saying that irks me to the hilt. A friend of mine was telling me last week of the meter reader hitting her neighbors little doxie with a golf club. (in the head) The little thing would not hurt a flea. What the heck is wrong with people. These people with jobs that might come in contact with a dog that bites are allowed to carry mase. (sp.??) But a golf club??? That poor little poodle. Animals are so abused these days until its sickening. But, what can you expect when look how some treat their kids? So sad. |

| I do not have sound right now, and watched the man beside himself while the cop took his time .... I did not watch the whole video, however, I could see the despartaion the man was in. Very, very, sad. The dog probably could have survived if they made it.

That was my first thought too. I've traveled on that interstate quite a bit and have yet to see a single person going the actual speed limit of 70mph. It's usually a minimum of 85. I can't understand why he had to pull them over when most people speeding don't even have a reason. | |
