| Female puppy starting to be aggresive to male puppy My female puppy is 5 months, the male is 8 months. She is starting to be a little agressive with the male. She snaps and growls at him when he goes down the stairs before her. Tonight, she growled at him and attacked and bit him. He was just sitting still. What is going on? He is neutered and she was just spayed last week. She is definitely dominate. She is very outgoing, playful and nosey. He is shy, skittish, quiet and smaller than she is. What should we do? |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | The behavior going down the stairs sounds like she's telling him....she's the boss...which means she goes first. The attacking, growling, and biting sounds like play. Their play can sound very rough but believe me...when it's not play you will know the difference.
