| Best Harnesses? I know collars are bad. I'm still worried about harnesses pressing too hard on the trachea area if he happens to pull a lot. Are there any out there that take the trachea issue into account in their design?

| Chattiesmom? I'll have to look them up because that certainly sounds interesting. Thanks so much for the info! We're down in Lancaster. It's just a little south of Dallas..still Dallas County though. Nice to see another somewhat local on here, heehee! Denison is north right?

YT 2000 Club Member | Yes they are called Step In harnesses. I had gotten one for my Jeter when i first got him and I love it. As soon as I put the deposits down on my new lil boy Axl and lil girl Yumi Yasha I went and got them their step in harness. I like that it does not even touch my puppy's neck, its around the chest area and it goes on much like you put a bra on.. that is the best way I can describe how it goes on.

| They do have small step in harness's at petsmart, however depending on your pup's size they still might be to big. They fit my girls now and they weigh just under 4lbs and just over 4lbs

| GW little has a "choke free" harness I got a step in harness for Lucie from petco, they had tiny ones, I should take a pic of it, it's really different looking but it's also like a step in harness, and it doesn't pull on her neck at all.
