| Yorkie puppies Hi guys We were wondering if any of you knew about any good breeders in AZ or even NM. We live in Southeaster AZ so it would be better for us someone in Az. What are your opinions on either a female or male puppies. My husband and I are still trying to make up our minds. I think a little female so she could be my little darling (dressing her, etc) although I guess I could do the same for a little male. But I guess my concern is temperament. Are either one better then the other on this? Thanks Connie and Frank |

| males and females Rather than making a copy of our page about choosing a male or female, I'll just post the link to the page. We have spent some time studying the differences between the sexes as well as common myths. Hope this helps... South East Texas Yorkies - Choosing a Puppy |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Hi I found Joey from a breeder that was listed on the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America's Website. The YTCA is the parent club for the AKC and sets the standard for Yorkshire terriers. We are very happy with the breeder we found. Here's a link to the YTCA: Yorkshire Terrier Club of America About The Club

| Welcome to YT! I don't know of any breeders in that area, but take your time in finding a reputable breeder and making your selection--you will not be sorry. If possible, try to attend any upcoming shows in your area and get to know some of those breeders. They are always happy to meet potential good families willing to house one of their pups as pets. Take the time to scope out YT and get some good info and pointers on what to look for in a good breeder. I know it's hard, but risist the urge to get a new little one quickly. |
