| So Much Whimpering!!! On Saturday, we had to take Bella and the pups to the vet to have their tails docked and dew claws removed. Bella waited out in the waiting room with me and they took the pups way down the hall so she couldn't hear the yelping. This was the first time she had been separated from the pups since she had them and she was none too happy about it. When they were done, every single one of them were just crying like you wouldn't believe - Bella, jumped right in the carrier and started licking and tending to them. They carried on for several hours and Bella just kept trying to lick them (I'm thinking she was trying to figure out why they wouldn't stop crying) - but she didn't stop. She finally took a break and here's how she ended up: (I've attached the picture - hope I did it right!) |

YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | Oh they feel it. I had my pups done at 3 days old, and same story here ... they cried like mad, and drove the poor mommy (Gellica) crazy until she could be with them again. Oh, it broke my heart!

| Thank you, Everyone!!!!! The pups were 3 days old - and, yes, they do feel it!!! Poor little guys But they're all fine now and Miss Bella is finally catching up on some much needed rest. I love to go in there and just watch them - even while they're sleeping. But when I pick one up just to love on it, Bella watches me like a hawk!!! You'd think I was some thief in the night the way she looks at me - and she watches me until I put the puppy right back with the others - right next to her! It's really kind of funny, though. |

| I'll bet she watches you. I'm sure she can count, so don't attempt to steal one while she's asleep, either!

I wouldn't get anything done. I couldn't leave the puppies. I'd be watching them all of the time. Heck! I get little enough done with Kacee 'cause she requires almost constant attention. Muffin wasn't like that. But I'm not complaining.

| Poor babies. I hope they are feeling better now. Love Mommy letting it all hang out. Too cute. Looks like she's pooped from worring about her babies. |
