| Born Barking? Hello everyone, I just had a general question and I couldn't seem to find the answer! Are Yorkie's born with the ability to bark?? My 11 week old baby whimpers, but no barking. I can't say I'm complaining (lol) but I am just wondering at what age do they usually start barking? Thanks in advance!

| One of my chihuahuas didn't bark until she was 7 months old, but now she is "Miss Barks-a-lot" so she definitely caught up!

| My sweetie learned to bark at 9 weeks old. My doxie barks a lot and she just started along with him one night.

| Bandit didnt start barking until he was about 11-12 weeks old....It is cute when they first start doing it. When Bandit first started his entire body moved when he barked even if it was the tiniest little bark ever....and it is sooo cute but dont wish for it lol....it will come soon enough. I'm lucky Bandit only barks at his toys, my alarm clock and when he is trying to get your attention for something. like if i'm paying no attention to him in the morning while i'm getting ready he barks until I look at him its sooo funny.
