| Unless it's bothering her or looks inflamed, I wouldn't worry about it. I think a couple of Gizmo's did that too. How's she doing otherwise?

| It wouldn't hurt to call and ask the vet's nurse tomorrow though. It might make you feel better at the very least.

| I'm sure it will just fall out on its own when it's ready. I wouldn't mess with it.

| Pretty sure. The vet said they were disposable and didn't schedule a visit to remove stitches, right? Then, it should.

| That happened with Preston too. The vet did snip the end of it, then we went back several weeks later and they squeezed it kind of like a pimple and got more out. It got a little red and irritated, and he had me put some neosporin on it, it finally all fell out and the little spot healed up. I wouldn't worry about it unless it gets red though. Just like with humans, different body chemistry makes it take longer with some than others for it to completely dissolve.

| they are dissolvable....they will dissolve...if they dont in 4 weeks....then the vet may tell you to snip it close to the skin...but it will probably just fall off....if it is not inflammed it should be ok....but if you are concerned then by all means call your vet...always better to be safe than sorry.....good luck

| Tia had an inside stitch pocking out to. It looked like a tiny black something or other. I though it was a tick but when the vet looked at it he said it was a stitch and not to worry about it . Eileen |

| Lana had this happen to. The vet said she was so small it was just taking a little longer for the stich to dissolve. I felt horrible at the time but since then my babies have done enough goofy things that this was just a first. |
