| Help! What Did I Do? Mackensie is almost 9 weeks old. The first 3 days after I brought her home, I would sit on the patio, hold her on my lap (receiving blanket across my lap) and give her a belly rub or let her chew on a puppy stick. Then I got a permenant potty pad ,which I realized had almost the same pattern as the receiving blanket. I work full time & am trying to get her to go on the puppy pad while I am at work, then take the pad away when I am home & have her go outside. Going potty outside is going really well. The puppy pad, forget it, she takes her puppy stick on it & chews on it & romps around. I have sprayed the house training spray on it & she still goes on the floor. I do not use the receiving pad across my lap anymore. How can I undo this? |

| as a cheap fix, i would maybe dye the puppy pad so it is more distinguishable from the blanket or you could just go out and get the paper pads from petco or wherever

| Chewy layed on her puppy pads sometimes when she was little too... this is before she started peeing on them. I would just tell her "No" Maybe wipe some of her pee from outside so the pad smells like it... gross but works. |
