| We Changed Stewie's Name! Well, not really, but lately my dad and I ONLY call him "Monster" or more commonly, just "Monst". We keep correcting each other because we don't want him to forget his real name, but its just SO appropriate and has stuck like glue! He responds to it just as he responds to his real name. Today I was at Menard's with my dad and he said "Hey Monst, go pick up that brush that fell outta the cart". I looked @ him and we both busted out laughing. LOL. Our new favorite word.

| Thats funny. I call my niece the beast all the time. And whats really funny,,, when I walk in the room and don't see her, I ask the kids where is the beast and she will answer from where ever she is and say, Ima ober hera awntee maca. I'm sure it's the same for dog too. If you keep calling them a monster or brat or beast,,,,, they will soon answer to it.

| That is hilarious! I call Shelby the same thing! One day I just started and now I call her Monster all the time, my mom tells me not too because she will start to think that is her real name, but it fits her so well. Her full name is Shelby Monster Ewok Davis. Ewok after those animals on Star Wars that my mom thinks she looks like! |

| Kristy, cute story! Bo responds to Turbo, Bo, and Brat-Brat. Woody responds to Wooley, Wood, and Woody. Xtine, yorkies are so smart. You should have no trouble changing her name. Go for it.

| I had a dog whose name was Prince officially but I called him No Good.. cause he was always into trouble and just no darn good... I adored him and he responded to that name better then he ever responded to Prince. And My bandito I used to call Papi he responded to both names as well. Both are over the Rainbow Bridge now but I thought I would share their names too. |

Go for it she won't mind you could do it when they are 12 as well... Cheeky was around 11 or 12 the yorkie I found and she responded to Cheeky within a couple of days. | |
