| Sleep!?!?! My pup is almost 11 weeks old and will not sleep all night! She sleeps with us and each night she will start walking around the bed (prob. looking for a great place to use the potty) at about 1:30, 4:00 and 6:30. I have tried taking her water away at about 6:30 and it still is not working?!?! Any advice would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Take her out to potty as late as possible before bedtime. She will probably still need to go sometime during the night and usually again bright and early. Eventually she won't need to go out in the middle of the night. There's really nothing else you can do if she's sleeping with you. She's small...her bladder is small.

| Onni got up 2 or 3 times a night for the first couple of weeks she was home, but now sleeps through the night. Every once in a while she will get up once, but not to often. Your fur baby should outgrow it. I see that you are in San Marcos, I live in New Braunfels so we are neighbors!

| my girl got up 2 times a night until she was almost 6 months old, my boy slept thru the night from the moment we brought him home. The other post was right on, if she are sleeping with you, you have to get up with them. other wise she should be kenneled at night and she will only go when she absolutely has to. Good Luck. |

| One of my friend suggested keeping her in a kennel until she learns to hold it and then bringing her into the bed..what do yall think? I am wondering if since I already started her in the bed if she would feel abandoned and sad Then I also worry that she will hold it in her kennel and then when I bring her back into the bed we will have the same thing. She is still young so hopefully it is just puppy but I want to try to train her out of it and help her hold it asap..for my own sanity |

| I didn't allow Lulu to sleep in the bed with us until she was 41/2 months old, when I knew she was able to hold her bladder better. If I get up in the middle of the night, I'll put her down to see if she has to go... Do you hear her when she first wakes up? You can put her on the pad then so she doesn't go in the bed.. |

| Baxter is 6 months old and he still gets up about once a week in the middle of the night. I didn't crate him. I crated my pom and it was wonderful. I'm just too old to have a baby (puppy) and gave in to Baxter every time he cried and now I have a monster with no one to blame but myself. |
