| Question about Yorkie Feet Storm is 5 months old. Do I need to trim the hair on the bottom of his feet? |

| I do trim because I read that it helps them walk on noncarpet floors. Not sure if its true or not tho. |

| Okay. I have not Storm to a groomer yet. But I cut his "pee hair" and I was looking at his feet this evening and wondering if I should cut that hair between his toes on his paws too. |

| I trim Lucy's paw hair with small, rounded tipped scissors.

| I know you didn't ask this, but I asked my vet about cutting the pee hair and he said that if you leave it long, it helps direct the pee down to the ground. So I've never cut that, and it seems to work the way he said. I cut the hair between the pads all the time, and you would think that I was plucking each individual hair out the way they scream?
