| New Yorkie Owner!!! Hello all! I just discovered this site today and have already been on it an hour checking things out. This past Saturday, I became the new owner of a Yorkie we named Ceres Sevens. He is 7 weeks old and is tiny as all get out! I can't believe he is mine!! I look forward to getting to know you all and showing off my wonderful little man! Anyone have any tips for a newbie? Last edited by dtinah; 07-07-2008 at 10:39 AM. |

| Welcome! He is a tiny thing! Where did you get him from? (I'm surprised they gave him to you so young!) He is adorable! Good luck and I hope to get to know you more soon

| Thanks ya'll for welcoming us. I got him from a private breeder in Austin. I went inside her house and meet his parents so I felt comfortable with them. He was the last one from the litter of four and the smallest. I think the breeder let them go so early because she said she doesn't get them their shots and such. She would rather the new owners get it done. He has an appointment tomorrow to get all done up! Potty training has been FUN! He likes the outside but would MUCH rather the air conditioning!! He doesn't seem to like to potty anywhere but the sidewalk. Is that normal???? |
