| Final Coat Coloring I was wondering when puppies can be expected to develop their final color combination? Keelyn's gray roots on her head (so cute) are getting longer, but I was just wondering what age I can expect her to be her final coloring...it's like the mystery dumdum what will she be . |

| Tetley's almost 2 and I swear he's still getting lighter - he's a really light silver grey now. But I think whatever they're at after a year (after all that puppy black grows out) is a pretty good benchmark - they won't change too much after that. |

| I am a new yorkie mommy. I am very anxious to know what my puppy's hair color will finally end up being. I had read that the hair on top will change to the grey color before turning to its regular coloring. Is that true? Will the texture of their coat also change as they get older? My yorkie has the softest, thickest coat on her back and I would love for it to stay that soft. Is there any shampoos that I could use to keep her texture soft? Any answers would be appreciated. thanks |

| spencer is 2 as well and he has some grey around his hind legs, chest, and front legs but other than that he still has his puppy colours black and tan, so does this mean that this is all the grey that he is going to get? either way im happy with my baby either way he is
