We were going to be away today and My Brother in law was going to keep chachi and Jewels but we decided not to go because of all the rain. So at least Ill be home to comfort her

Donating YT 30K Club Member | It definately is a bad day for dogs. Mine so far haven't been fazed by them so I am hoping they will be ok tonight. I live right by Six Flags amusement park and they let off fireworks a lot so mine are pretty use to them. Poor Jewels.

| oh poor baby. I will have to watch mine extra close tonight. Last night the neighbor kids were letting off lots of fireworks in the street (with their parents) Poor Rainbow ran up and hid in my closet and Sunshine was right behind her carrying her donut (her "security blanket" toy) Sunnie doesn't like them either but he didn't go hide, he just wanted to be held. Little Beamer just climbed up on Daddy's shoulder, but he already thinks he is a parrot.

| Bubba is scared to death of fireworks-Sissy could care less, she sleeps right through them. Hope everyone has the tags on their dogs because they can get scared and run.

| Oliver is scared of them but luckily he doesn't go crazy and try to get out doors or anything. He just wants to sit on my head and shiver. Sometimes he hides behind the couch, too. Good Luck to everyone!

| Poor babies Simon and Hallie have never cared much but I think with Hallie's vision going her hearing has really improved and I'm wondering if they will bother her this year. Guess we are about to find out~ |

| I just posted this on the sick board...which is kind of silly, I guess, but my baby is freaking out. I have 3 dogs but only my Yorkie is upset. She is running around the house, freaking out, shaking and her heart is pounding like crazy and its still 30 minutes before fireworks will actually start. Im trying to stay calm for her but it is hard when she is so upset. I think when I hear the fireworks start, I am going to go in the bathroom and start the shower and bring in a radio and hopefully drown out some of the noise. |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Give her a smooch for us. Maybe turn up the radio or tv. Zoey is afraid too thank god there isn't much activity like that here. I did take her for a walk adn some stupid idiot set off something and she damn near ran all the way home. It was by far the fastest walk we ever took...she out like a shot.
