| sleepy yorkie? My 1 1/2 yr old baby wants to be held when he's sleepy. I don't mean he'll lay in my lap or next to me--he actually wants to be held in my arm, close to my chest. I have my hand under his chest and between his front paws, his hindquarters close to me and his little head drooping. But he sleeps really good like that. My hand gets tired tho. Is this normal? Maybe he's just spoiled rotten?? |

| Awww, that's so sweet. I bet he likes to hear and feel your heart beating. Try propping a pillow under your arm. Hot Rod used to want me to hold him also. I've been able to switch him to a regular bed pillow on my lap. This is my special time with him, just before bed we turn the lights down and he curls up on a pillow in my lap and goes to sleep (I do too most of the time). I love it.

| sweet! Well that's good to know, that my little one isn't just rotten. And I hadn't even thought of the contact aspect DUH but he usually wants to be held like that when I've been gone. Thanks for the pillow idea. Will see what I can do. |

| Yep, that's too sweet! I would LOVE that! My dog loves to sit on big busted women near their heart. It is funny, but I think any dog would do that if they stayed as small as ours!
