| Shy Yorkie!!! So I have had my furbaby for almost 5 months now- I got him when he was 6 months We are in puppy classes and Keoki has developed this habit of hiding under my chair- the teacher told me I need to socialize him more so I have even started bringing him to puppy play groups. It seems he is shy around other dogs ( only likes other yorkies- I'm not kidding ) and when someone goes to pet him he runs away ( but not all people - just some ). I feel like it has gotten worse the last few weeks... Is this bad??? Also the groomer said he was fine with her but not the male there? Does anyone have any advice? He is a HAPPY GO LUCKY dog and is with me all the time and out and about- just want to do know if there is anything else I can do.... Thank you!!!! |

| Continue to expose him to all kinds of people. He will come out of his shell. It takes time, and patience. My Suzi is like that too, but, does fine if people come to our house.
