| Baby's first Grooming...worried! My baby was getting to look like a little ragmuffin, so I gave in and took her to be groomed for the first time. I took her to a groomer that only takes 2 hours total, shes not in a cage (she has a pen to run around) and she was recommended to me by 4* other yorkie owners...but I'm still scared stiff for her! Cant wait until im ready to learn how to do it myself. Im sitting at work right now waiting for the call to find out when to pick her up. I could use some YT love right now!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I know it is scary but most groomimg expereiences are good. I have never had Pixie groomed as she is so easy for me to do. Cali goes to someone I really can trust about every 3-4 months for a good cleanup and I do her the rest of the time. Roxie is 9 months old and really could use a good professional clean up so I may make an appointment after she is completely out of her heat cycle. Just think how pretty she's going to look. No matter how much I groom mine they never look as good as a pro can do. Hugs and post pics

| I had to have my baby cleaned up at a highly recommended groomers. Her butt hair was so long, the poop was getting stuck and preventing her from going! The lady let me stay the entire time and watch. I was really nervous about leaving her there and the groomer was very kind and told me I could relax and stay. I just watched her and the assistant do the job. They were very good and comforted the puppy a lot. I know it is nerve wracking but once you gain the groomers trust (if they feel right to you) then you will feel better about leaving them there.
