| What site? It's hard to understand your post because you are using all kinds of abbreviations and text-message type lingo. This forum has no space limit on posts-you may find that you get more responses if you use correct spelling and fewer abbreviations. I personally would never buy a dog, or any other animal for that matter, through a website, or through a pet store. You need to visit the breeder, and ask the correct questions before you choose a dog. If you buy through the internet from a "Breeder" you don't know, you may run the risk of being scammed, getting a sick puppy, or getting a yorkie that is not to standard/what you thought you were getting, and you might not get what you paid for. And, you run the risk that the puppy may come from a mill-leading to social/physical problems with the puppy itself, and you could be supporting the practices of a puppy mill. I would recommend contacting your local chapter of YTCA at ytca.org and looking for a ytca breeder.

| I understand your post. The person selling them is a member on this site (yorki talk) and has like 13 messages. She's only had the female for a couple of months...and now she is moving into a place that does not allow pets. Is the dog you want up to date on shots? Spayed? Find out! Because is she is "rehoming" her dogs, and they are not at least up to date on shots, I'd pass unless she is going to get them up to date. |

| the person is a member of this website. she has two yorkies and just found out she was pregnant n needs to move out. and the place where she will be moving doesn't allows pets. it is posted on the "yorkies for sale or wanted" section. her name is dancbabe89. she has a 5 mo old boy for sale. i was just wondering if this sounds like a legit thing or not. i have never done this, so i was just looking for pointers. the reason i type with "lingo" is because i am at work and can't get caught. my boyfriend and i are looking for a playmate for abby who is also 5mo old. i would rather go to a breeder but i know they don't hold puppies for as long as 5 or 6 months. |

| we were actually looking for a baby right right around abbys age or a little bit older. abby does pretty well on her own and we don't want a puppy that would still need to have a couple of shots. nothing is set in stone yet but we want an older puppy. we are also looking on petfinder.com but i'm not sure if they adopt to people who work. i know some shelters dont. |
