| 6.2 Lbs.!!! @ 4 months Ok took Bear Bear to get shots and he was weighed in at 6.2 lbs. at 4 months old!..Is this normal? should i get worried about his weight?...Not sure what to think about it...was told his mom was only 5 lbs and dad was 6lbs. so does that mean he will be bigger? |

| Sounds like he is already bigger or heavier..I hear this happening a lot..I almost bought a puppy last month whose mom was 5.lbs and dad 3 lbs and at 9 weeks the puppy was almost as big as his dad..I e-mailed another breeder his pic and she thought she was going to surpass the parents for sure.. | lol don't panic you have yourself a Teapot. Buddy was 6.5 at 4 1/2 mos. A large pup can come from smaller parents. It happens. You just have more to love and boy are they loveable. Look up Teapost on YT, do a search above and you will see them all. Even a club for them. Please join us. Can you post a picture. I felt the same way you do. I couldn't believe a Yorkie can get so big but they can and they do. Enjoy, |
