Labor question Prissy was panting last night but when we took Cena to the neighbors because he was freaking out she stopped. They haven't been separated since we got her and neither one was very happy about his leaving. She hasn't panted since, was wondering if his leaving put stress on her because she was upset. Any info would be wonderful. Thanks so much.

I thought they started panting before they went into full labor. She hasn't done that before. I called a friend who has had many litters of puppies and she said I should get her into her whelping bed. If I'm wrong I'm sorry, I have read that they pant before labor also. If not panting what all exactly will I notice that's different from usual?

The first time that we KNOW they tied would have put her due date on the 18th. We don't know if they were together before that because we didn't catch them. Another stupid question, does the moon changes have anything to do with birth like it does with us? It's a full moon on the 18th if so.
